HELLO:
I come from China.And I buy a siemens el71 mobilephone.But it's language is English,I want to change it into Chinese.But I had to crack it first. Would I use any Java tools to crack it,like the X65,X75? And where can I find it? Can you tell me? Or can you tell me the way how to carck it in order to connect with V-Klay tools

But I have seen some patches for el71
Buy the way.Can I use DCA140 to updates the version from FW22 to FW31
,use the Official FW？？？？？？？？？？？？？？

Connect your mobile to the PC using one of the following cables compatible with your EL71:
Data Cable serial DCA-100 / Data Cable USB DCA-140 / Sync Station DSC-100
start the downloaded firmware file (.exe) and follow the instructions |
