EL71: Problem with the navigation keys

Hello. Sorry that I write in English, but I only can understand a little Czechian not to speak it ( I am from Bulgaria). So I have problem with the navigation keys of my EL71. They not work in order. The left key works as the plus key for the volume, the down key works as the minus key for the volume, the right key works as the key for the camera, thr up key works as ON/OFF, and the center works as the side key near the camera key. What's the problem? How can I resolve it? I tried to reinstal the software but I cannot connect with my USB.

Hallo. Traurig, daß ich auf deutsch schreibe, aber ich kann ein kleines Czechian nur verstehen, um es nicht zu sprechen (ich komme aus Bulgarien). So habe ich Problem mit den Navigation Schlüsseln meines EL71. Sie nicht arbeiten im Auftrag. Der linke Schlüssel arbeitet als der Plusschlüssel für das Volumen, arbeitet das unten Schlüssel als der Minusschlüssel für das Volumen, arbeitet der rechte Schlüssel als der Schlüssel für die Kamera, arbeitet thr herauf Schlüssel, wie AN/AUS, und das Mittel bearbeitet als das seitliche Schlüsselnahe den Kameraschlüssel. Was ist das Problem? Wie kann ich es beheben? Ich versuchte zu reinstal die Software, aber ich kann nicht den Computer mit meinem Telefon mit meinem USB anschließen.

It's not clear if it is hardware problem of software problem - misconfiguration.

Questions:
- is it new phone/do you have this problem since you have got it, or is it somethning that appeared just now?
- is there any way to connect to your pnone from pc, so you can see files. If yes, can you see also hidden disks "config" and "cache" ?
