Unfortunately I can't speak Czech, so my topic will be in English.  I hope, you will help 
Is any kind of trick to make this "old" Siemens mp3player ( for x35/x45 with changed plug ) work with newer firmware  I've been looking for any patch or solution, but didn't find. I would like to upgrade my M65, but still have to stay in v.12 ( or 14, but there isn't big difference ), because me and mp3player are the one
It normally works with x55, x60 and x65 to v.14 (C65 also on v24).
Something now about appearing:
(When works) When I plug player, the message appears:
SIEMENS
MP3-Player USB
Ver. 4.2
After typing *#06# We can see, that Acc. field is filled by:
plugged in:
DCA-500
(When doesn't work) There is no message after pluging, but on *#06# is the same message like then when works.
Please answer in English if you would be so kind.  |

Sorry for english. I can't speak czech 
So I was thinking about upgrading resolution of movies made by CX/M 65 camera. I started thinking about this, when I saw SX1. This one has also 640x480 camera, but makes QCIF (176x144@15) movies. Normal Siemens makes sub-QCIF (128x96@12) movies. Do these cameras differ each other Is there any hardware/software possibility to make CX/M65 making movies in QCIF quality I know that on mobile screen both qualities will not differ while playing (because the screen is to small  ), but on PC the difference is visible...
And one extra fast question: How to movies recording make longer than 1 minute (on v.43; ... than 30 seconds) Has anyone finally thought up |

Well, I guess these cameras are really different but it's possible to make larger-resolution videos in my point of view. On the other hand, there's one big problem - is CX/M65 fast enough to record videos in such huge quality? That's the question...

If I remember well, there was repaired some data cable recognisation problem, so maybe that's the reason (if the MP3 player reports that it's DCA-500). I don't know more about it.

I have the solution: connect PTT (pin7) cable with pin3. After you plug in, push PTT button for 3-5 seconds. After releasing, the phone recognizes player. If not, repeat... tested on M65 v.43
