yes... it only works on network on it.... it`s blocked on one network

Sorry, I knew it, but I can´t it English tell. And I can give you the czech recipe, but it´s useless for you  .
You muss wait until answer anybody other...
Have you service kabel?
Try use program V-Klay, if the phone connect.
